How does the instructor assignment process work?
Our instructor selection process is important because teaching styles and attributes of each instructor can differ. Some instructors are bilingual (English/Spanish), while others speak only Spanish. Some instructors work with beginners through advanced, while others work with only advanced students. Some instructors prefer structured lessons, while others will us mostly conversation. Sign up now and an instructor will contact you.
Where is Spanish by Native located?
We are located in Philadelphia, PA in the United States.
Are the instructors native Spanish speakers?
Yes, all of our instructors are native Spanish speakers, mostly from Latin American countries. You will begin speaking Spanish from the very first lesson.
Do you offer classes that are for a specific area of business?
Today, we do not currently offer structured classes in any specialized area of business. However, one of the benefits of a private instructor is that each class can be customized fit your needs. If there is a specific topic that you would like to discuss, please share this with your instructor. Below are some examples:

Do you instructors have any sort of language education (i.e. degrees in Spanish or teaching?
We have a range of instructors - ALL with certifications to teach Spanish. Some have education degrees as well.
Can you provide more information about my instructor?
We keep our instructor personal information private. If you have a concern with any of our staff members, please contact us.
Can I cancel or reschedule a class?
Yes. Classes cancelled with less than 48 hours notice of the scheduled date/time will be charged a $10.00 cancellation fee or 25% of the class, whichever is less. Make-up or rescheduled classes will be granted based on the instructor’s schedule. To cancel or reschedule a class with more than 48 hours notice, email or call your instructor.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee because we realize that there will be circumstances in which refunds are requested. If you are not completely satisfied at the completion of your initial class you may request a refund of any monies that you have paid should you wish to cancel any scheduled tutoring classes.
